 I attended along my journey here with all, to share my experiences with emotions that come with disability, when I thought all was lost as non workable class society member: I encourage You share such struggles with Us, also.  I invite you brainstorm, the next work sheet under that on the 5 cognitively Skillset to work on additional personal empowerment build up mods for this week!

 5 cognitive category are:

 • Reasons & Logic 

(Example: How often you find reason do stuff vs going with along with  logic thinking out of subconscious decisions.)

 • Vocal & Visional processing 

 (Exmpl: How often you react vocal vs visional judgements publicity decisions process? Before you shall get it on the next few thought process.)

 • Long term VS Short term memory 

 • Attention to details

 (Pay attention to details,  fine tune when can! Don't be a specialist or you have nothing look forward toward!)

 • Processing Speeds input & output levels

(YES, Consider speed however fine balance in steady courses! Less errors happen in relaxed mode vs fast pace mode! Manage mobility wisely.)

Lastly;

Self motivated to explore yourself first, to a plus to your Jounery improvement!

 My personal perspective was know my worth in apply some energy into studies of practice upon my own vessel, before seeking help others. To come know what are my strengths my weaknesses in healthy boundaries vs healthy communication skills;

   Start with the list above shall help you decide what  important  to you add in preparation of setting goals! Plus, this will be useful for when you approach elevations in open mindfulness for hybrid system career;

 These major companies even though you pay a bill, for their services is not a end all! They truly do care about their clients & accounts... 

 So, if one is to offer you a career shall you not pay attention in few minutes out of your daily schedule? Stop thinking all the pop ups on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & so on apps ads are just a scam: I'd omit, like I once was naive of!  Another big clue hint drop for free come know of P.D.T.C.!
